It varies from one camera model to another, but in general the shortest range is about 20 to 25 cm for all our cameras.

About 4.1W ~ 6W depending upon desired working range.

Is your camera FCC, RoHS and CE certified?

Yes, all approbation certificates are available upon request.

Are your middleware packages part of the SDK, and where can I find them?

The LIPS middleware is NOT part of the SDK, and they are separate, standalone offerings. Please contact us for more details.

No, source code is not included.

Why am I getting a blank screen in NiViewer?

There are several possible reasons for this problem. Please make sure the following setup: 1: Camera is connected to USB 3.0 port, preferably using an Y-cable to ensure sufficient power supply from a secondary USB port 2: USB cable is firmly plugged into ports on both ends 3: Proper RtsUvc USB 3.0 patch has been installed in the case of Windows 7.

Does your SDK support Aarch64 or armhf ?

Yes, our SDK supports Aarch64 and armhf, but would require OpenCL enabled graphic card.

Does your SDK support ARM based development platform?

Yes our SDK supports a number of selected ARM based platform. The support list is available upon request.

Does your SDK support Android 6.0 and 7.0?

The M5 camera supports both versions. The DL camera supports Android 6.0 but would require root user setting permission and the kernel needs to support UVC driver as well. Currently Android 7.0 is not supported for DL camera because of the security issue of this particular OS version.

Does your SDK supports multiple camera?

Currently multiple camera in one SDK instance is not supported. However since our SDK architecture is built based on UVC driver, supporting multiple camera is likely possible. Please contact us if you have such request.

What is the unambiguous range of the depth cameras?

The unambiguous range varies from one camera model to another model, and also depends on the working mode the camera is programmed into. Please contact us for more clarification.
